Residency "Mining the Collection" Badé Museum of Biblical Archaeology Pacific School of Religion, Berkeley, CA Exhibition: Spring 2011 I have been selected as the second artist to be given full access to the collection at the Badé Archaeology Museum in Berkeley. After a year of mining the collection and gathering inspiration from these ancient objects (1200 BC) and their 1920s documentation, I will be creating an exhibition which will be shown in the Doug Adams Gallery, across from the objects that inspired the work. This is a rare and exciting opportunity, one that brings back all my favorite memories of plumbing museum collections in graduate school.
